1. How do I place an order?
You can place any order anytime (even in the future!) right here on our website. You can also give our incredible customer service team a call at 615-562-3663 and they'll be happy to assist you in placing an order.
2. How long does a typical order take?
It depends on the restaurant and the time of day. However, generally speaking, it'll take anywhere between 40-65 minutes for the food to hit your doorstep. You can see an estimate when ordering, and of course, keep track of the tracker to be in the know!
3. Locations
We currently serve a majority of Robertson County, Goodlettsville and White House, Tennessee. Wondering if we delivery to you? Just type your address into our website and it'll show you what restaurants we can bring to you!
4. When should I order?
Place it at least 40 minutes before you'd like your food. You can also place days or hours in advanced using our Advanced Order feature.
5. Can I place an order for a future time?
Yes! We highly recommend placing an 'Advance Order' to help ensure your desired delivery time, particularly during peak lunch and dinner times. Advance orders can be placed online up to 5 days before desired delivery time. Click on the 'Advance Ordering/Takeout' button at the top of this page to schedule a future delivery. You may also place future orders for a longer advance period by calling us directly. Advance orders must be paid for in advance using credit card payment.
6. What is the charge?
There is a $5.99 standard delivery charge. This includes the first 5 miles of delivery. After thatn, there is a $1.00 charge per mile. All orders include a 3% credit card proccesing fee.
7. Can I order Beverages?
Sure can! We offer Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr.Pepper, FIJI water, and Nestle Water . Click on the Beverages tab on the left of the home screen to order or call us.
8. Do you mark up menu prices?
No way! All prices are determined by the restaurant.
9. Can I use restaurant coupons?
Sorry, but unfortunately no. Our participating restaurants offer those coupons to meet you in person. Save those coupons for an in-house, full service meal at a later date.
10. Who do I call if there is a mistake with my order?
Please call our office at (615) 562-3663 within thirty minutes of delivery (even if it is after office hours) if there is anything missing, or incorrect. We will get incorrect items replaced and/or missing items delivered, or arrange for a credit towards your next order. Thank you for reporting your concerns to us so we can continue improving our service.
